Ingredients :
Maple Syrup - 2 tablespoons
Coconut Oil - 1 tablespoons
Vanilla Extract - ¼ tablespoon
All Purpose Flour - 3 tablespoons
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt - ½ teaspoon
Water - 1 tablespoon
Dairy Free Chocolate Chips - 2 tablespoons
Steps :
- In a bowl, mix all purpose flour and cocoa powder. Keep aside.
- In another bowl, mix maple syrup and coconut oil. Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add this mixture to the flour mixture.
- Add the chocolate chips on top.
- Mix the batter well until slightly runny.
- Transfer into a mug and bake in the microwave for 1 minute.
